Our job at Donate This Recycle That is to help keep millions of pounds of usable items out of landfills every year. We do this by working with charitable partners. These charities have donation bins and drop-off locations all over the country.
When you donate your gently loved clothing and household items, you can make a world of difference. Worthy charities such as, Arms of Hope, AMVETS National Service Foundation, and The National Children’s Cancer Society benefit greatly from your donation. For example, the goods you donate to our charitable partners are then sold by the charity to produce an unrestricted revenue stream that the charities can use to fund their charitable missions.

Learn About Our Charitable Partners
AMVETS National Service Foundation
AMVETS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit operating nationally and its primary goal is to serve American Veterans who served our country. Most importantly, they do this by providing Veterans, their families, and survivors world-class counsel and representation before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Your support enables AMVETS NSF to provide these professional services at no charge to the veteran or family.
Our partnership with AMVETS helps continue their programs designed to support veterans and their families through scholorships, social activities, Special Olympics, and healthcare kits for hospitalized veterans. If you wish to donate and recycle to support them, you can find a donation box on our donate page.
Arms of Hope
AOH is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Christian organization that was formed by the consolidation of Medina Children’s Home (est. 1958) and Boles Children’s Home (est. 1924). As a result, AOH has opened Family Outreach Centers in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Denton. Arms of Hope offers residential and outreach programs for children and single-mother families who are fleeing poverty, homelessness, abuse, neglect, and human trafficking.
Recycling with our charitable partner Arms of Hope helps them continue to assist children and families struggling from homelessness, poverty, abuse and neglect. To schedule a free donation pick-up in many areas of Texas, please complete the online form or call 1.877.259.3744.
