Contact us and we’ll help you pick a fundraising plan. We offer 1 day, 30 day, or custom length clothing drives. You can use your own storage closet for the clothing drive, or if you need a collection box we’ll provide one for you!

Fill the box school fundraiser

Fill the box with gently used clothing, shoes and accessories throughout your clothing drive fundraiser. We’ll provide you a toolkit to help spread the word.

Celebrate your check after your fundraising event

Phill the Box representatives will empty the box each week and at the end of the fundraiser your group will receive a check for every pound of clothing collected.

Choose the fundraising program that is right for your organization.

1-Day Clothing Drive
Hold a One Day Clothing Drive within your organization. On the selected day, once you’ve collected the gently used clothing in plastic bags we will send out a truck to pick up everything your organization has collected. We pay your organization for every pound of clothing items collected.

30-Day Clothing Drive
Schedule a 30 Day Clothing Drive within your organization. We will provide you with a Phill the Box tool kit and send out a truck weekly to pick up everything your organization has collected. We pay your organization for every pound of clothing items collected at the end of the 30 day period.

Host a Box
Our clothing recycling/donation boxes are an effortless way to generate funds for your school or organization year-round. By providing a location for a clothing box on your property you are making recycling readily available to the members of your community. We will empty the box as needed and pay your organization for each pound your bin collects on a monthly basis.

Getting started is easy. Contact your Phill the Box representative who will help you:
  • Determine your fundraising goal
  • Identify acceptable items to collect
  • Supply you with the toolkit to help you promote your fundraiser and get the word out.
The average fundraising window is thirty days, however we do offer one day clothing drives as well as annual onsite hosting of a Phill the Box bin.
There is no cost to place a box onsite. The Phill the Box Fundraiser is a hassle free, no cost fundraising solution for your organization.
Your Phill the Box representative will assist in calculating how many bags you will need to reach your fundraising goal.

Acceptable donation items:

Clothing Apparel & Shoes:
Items should be clean and placed in plastic bags- we accept gently used Women’s, Children’s, Baby’s and Men’s clothing

Accessories:
Purses, Backpacks, Handbags, Clutches, Tote Bags, Shoulder Bags, Laptop bags, Hats, Gloves, Ties, Scarves, Belts, and Wallets.

 

Items NOT accepted:

  • Electronics and appliances
  • Mattresses
  • Books, Tapes, CDs
  • Cookware and Kitchenware
  • Household items

Payment will be rendered once the total weight of all collected items has been calculated.

There is no weight requirement.
